Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich, allerdings war eine Verständigung weder auf deutsch noch auf englisch möglich, was laut Hotelbeschreibung möglich sein sollte. Für die kalte Heizung hatte Sie keine Lösung parat. Auf die Nachfrage nach einer elektrischen Heizung am Folgetag wurde dann schnell reagiert. "Es ist das abartigste was ich jemals als Hotel gesehen habe . Schade das ich keine Bilder hochladen kann. Ich habe 120 € pro Nacht bezahlt weil nichts mehr frei war in harrarov was schon der dreifache Preis als üblich ist . Ich bin Abend 20 Uhr angekommen unfreundlich das Personal so begann der Alptraum . Dann das Zimmer nicht vorbereitet nicht bezogen der Müll der Gäste davor alles kaputt und beschädigt die Matratzen vesüft ekelhaft unfassbar . Die Rezeption damit konfrontiert mit Bilder die...
