"This hotel is located at the lake shore, has very good views of the lake and the mountains. It is very clean. The best of it is that the staff are very friendly and nice. I couldn’t find my passport in my room and I had to take my excursion to the Perito Monera Glacier. I told the staff if anyone found my passport and gave it to them. They said no. But they also helped me calling the restaurant that I had my dinner last night but the restaurant didn’t open until noon. They told me if they found it they would let me know immediately. So I took my trip with a heavy heart. At 11am I received a message from the hotel saying that the cleaning lady found my passport and some money in my room while she was cleaning my room. I was very excited and happy to know that my passport was recovered as I was planning to travel to Buenos Aires to visit USA embassy to get a new one. In addition they also asked if I would come back to hotel to retrieve my passport, if not they would send someone to deliver my passport and money along with my luggages that I left with them to a meeting place. That was very kind offer and touched my heart. At the end I came back to the hotel and get my belongings back. I am very grateful for their service and kindness. I would definitely recommend travelers to stay in this hotel. "
