"It is a very nice clean hotel with friendly staff. However, there were a few things about it that I did not like. There is no soundproofing. You can hear everything happening outside, in the hallways, and furniture dragging in the rooms above you. The pool was very hot. It felt like a hot tub. It was not comfortable. They offer pool towels. The towels are clean, but they smell bad from overuse. The food was overpriced for the buffet and some items from the restaurant. The breakfast buffet was mediocre."

"The cleaning staff was great. There are some areas in the bathroom that need more detailing, shower door, soap holder and toilet. Room 315 had a leaky faucet from tge first day. We told the housekeepers and front desk, y nada! The breakfast buffet was cold for the most part. There was a young lady who helped out the day that there was no buffet. She was fast, courteous and professional. Thank her please. We did but coming from the management would be nice. The pool bar areas need tidying up. Popcorn and trash were there overnight. I told the tall gentleman at the front desk the next day. Hehe...LOTS of cell phone usage bt staff in the dining room and reception areas. They need to be more aware of their surroundings and more attentive to guest traffic to convey a more professional atmosphere. Asley in tours was very professional and explained options very well. "In this hotel you have to share a window with the next room shower, so it depends if the person staying there wanted to close it of not. I asked if they could help me, and they said that they would have to wait to see the occupant in the room. Service was bad."
