"this is for the adventerous, dont get scare on the way there the roads are a little rough due to the hotel still being developed. Chef Marcelo is a plus for this hotel and Sol as well. The entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful."

"This lodge is located off the beaten track. It takes about 20 min to get here from Mindo on a narrow dirt road. The accommodation is basic but nice. Staff is small but very attentive. My cabin was spacious with one queen sized bed and three single beds (two of them in a loft). Nature around the lodge is beautiful."

"I honestly choose a resort, but I accidentally choose this area. However, I would recommend for those who are low budget travelers but who are willing to take a break and rest in their amazing hot springs. They do have hiking trail, but it is the best not to go in the midst of rain. You will slip and get yourself all muddy. I learn that that hard way. You can walk around the town, but honestly, there is not too much to see aside from the church and cemenetry.The church had an interestingsaint...

"Very wonderful stay here! The owners were nice and helpful. Walking distance to the butterfly gardens and the waterfall hike. Very quiet and relaxing area. The breakfast was also huge and tasted great. Would recommend! "

"This is a very lovely place to stay. just a 15 minute walk out of town but so worth it. quite and peaceful and with great views. Humming birds and a bird feeding table near the restaurant mean you will see some wonderful birds while you dine during the day time. The staff are lovely and will look after you really well. "
