I really enjoyed my stay here and I will definitely be returning . Very friendly staff that will accommodate to your needs. Room service was excellent and they keep taxis on site just for residents of the hotel. Definitely will be my hotel of choice when I stay in Santo Domingo.

The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. In celebration of our anniversary, they upgraded our room to a suite—and it was absolutely glorious! Spacious, elegant, and with breathtaking views, it truly made our trip feel extra special. The on-site dining options are impressive, but the sushi restaurant is an absolute must-try—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The spa experience was equally amazing. I highly recommend the deep tissue massage for total relaxation. The salon was top-notch as well. The pool area, the jacuzzi, and the bar service all exceeded expectations. Everywhere you turn, there’s something to enjoy, and the hospitality is consistent throughout. If you’re staying in the capital area, this hotel is a must. I’ve already booked my return trip in two weeks—because once you experience this level of service and these stunning views, you’ll want to come back again and again.
