"Pros: The staff were the best thing about this property. Ariel and everyone else were super, all were friendly and helpful. You couldn't ask for better. We liked the location near the center and found it convenient to get there and to the Convention Center. The price is a good value. Overall we were happy. "Once we got into the property it’s lovely. There was some confusion about actually entering the property-I had expected instructions to come through Expedia but they were sent in a WhatsApp message -so you need to check them. We hadn’t had any phone service all day so hadn’t received the messages but it was all fine in the end "

"Room was comfortable, had a porch, ac, kitchen, and bidet. There is a cafe next to the building. Gym has a leg curl, leg extension, lat pull down, preacher curl and a universal. The negative is that there is one clip and no handles for the universal. there is an outdoor patio off the gym with a jacuzzi but the water was not inviting. All in all, very good place for the money. "

"Location is the main draw, right in the middle of downtown Salta. All is walkable. We hired a car and we could park right in the front of the building, but if you arrive around the time that the schools go out, you might have to park somewhere else first. Room itself is fairly small, but ok for a couple of days. "

"I have stayed in over 1200 hotels in my life. THIS WAS THE WORST. STAY AWAY!!!! A power surge took out my laptop while I was in my room. This is obviously a huge problem. Staff were worse than useless with that problem and other requests. I asked them to recommend a computer repair place and they suggested a cell phone store. An Uber driver said it was "stupid" and took me to a computer repaid place. I asked their staff to recommend a gym (see below) and they recommended one over 1 km away....

"The apartment was ok. We slept there fine, there was plenty of space, parking, heating, hot water, and kitchen facilities that were fine. To improve the place they need to clean it better. The walls and floors were dirty to the point where it made the entire place look pretty bad, very sloppy. It was cheap and for the price it was ok for our family of 5. "The resort itself is beautiful. Gardens are stunning and it is set in incredibly scenic location. We enjoyed the complimentary wine tasting. Our casita was beautiful with a roof top terrace. Also enjoyed dinner there. Wished we could have stayed longer. Really good value for what you get. Highly recommended."

Excellent stay

"An excellent stay at KKala hotel, from the moment we arrived we felt at home. The staff were friendly and very helpful, arranging a driver for us and provided a picnic breakfast when we had to leave very early. Nothing was too much trouble. The pool was a delight & our room (Tolar) was so comfortable with terrace and a lovely bathroom. A short stroll to restos and minimarts - we felt comfortable walking everywhere in Salta. Loved it!"
