View of the pond is breathless and Coco, the host, is a true example of every property manager should be. Attentive, responsive and get this also available to guide or assist after work hours. Coco, truly grateful. You are amazing and Les Balcones is one gem of a place thanx to you and your amazing staff. "

When we asked for something and they didn’t had it next day it was available for us. It’s nice when everyone care about you. Pool was great and beach was nice and quiet.
