"I only stayed at this hotel for one night out of the five nights I reserved. The room I was given looked nothing like the photos online and was clearly very worn down. The bathroom sink was cracked, and the shower did not drain at all, so I had to bathe while standing in a tub full of water. I requested maintenance to come fix the issue, but no one ever came. Because of this, I was forced to check out early. Unfortunately, I was not given a refund for the remaining nights, and I had to pay to stay at another hotel. If you don't mind staying somewhere with broken and poorly maintained essentials, then this may be the place for you. Otherwise, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere."

The ocean view was absolutely fabulous — peaceful, breathtaking, and the perfect backdrop for a quiet getaway. The atmosphere throughout the property was calm and serene, making it easy to truly unwind. The restaurant had good options- the food was delicious. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Really enjoyed the story of the Bay House’s beginnings. We were also very grateful for the taxi service they offer, which made getting around convenient and stress-free. We would happily stay again and highly recommend Bay House to anyone visiting Grenada."
