"Terrible service for a 5 stars hotel"

"Loved this hotel! Our room was huge and had a nice balcony. Wish the weather had been nice, but it was rainy and cold. The staff were so nice and helpful. The Orangerie Restaurant had an amazing dessert. The dinner menu looked great, but we ate elsewhere. This property is right across from the water, and we had a bit of a view of the Baltic from our room. I would highly recommend this hotel is you're staying in Kuhlungsborn."

"Location hidden in ugly industrial zone and close to highway. Windows dirty and not sound proof. Waited 45 min to be checked in. Mold in showers, smelly carpet and toilet. Dumpster next to main entrance also spreading terrible smell. Employees friendly trying their very best. They changed brand Aug 1 from Ibis to B&B."

"September at the Baltic Sea, we stayed at the IFA hotel in Graal-Mueritz , can be really cold and windy, but we were so lucky and had such good weather. The region Mecklenburg -Vorpommern has the largest forest close to the coast and the most beautiful sandy beach."

"Beautiful historic building in great condition. The hotel manager called us ahead of time to check on our ETA, and provided us with instructions for our check in after hours. The hotel has its own parking area within own premises. The room was very nice, clean and with a roomy bathroom. The breakfast was served in an expansive glass room, and there was a good selection of quality food."
