"I really enjoyed spending time at this hotel. The staff are very welcoming and wonderful people to be around. The staff made sure that I had a shuttle to go around town and a safe way to get there, had a secure place to store the remaining luggage, and they made delicious food for breakfast and at the restaurant. I would highly recommend to stay at the Stella Maris Lodge."

"The hotel was a short drive to Moshi, while being far enough away from hustle and bustle. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating- even going so far as to check I was well when I slept in after a long hike at Kilimanjaro. "There were 16 of us staying here over 4 days and we had such a great stay! The rooms were comfortable, the food excellent, the pool is nice, and the staff were fantastic! They made us feel so welcomed. Jackie went out of here way to help us with excursions and Godfrey, Betha, Judy and the other staff were so kind. I highly recommend staying here and we hope to be back again! "
