"The location is good being close to the Brasil/Uruguay border. Sitting atop a hill provided a good view from the 8th floor. The breakfast was sufficient with scrambled eggs, local fresh juice, fresh fruits, cereals, breads and a couple of cakes. Wi-Fi worked pretty good with some weak spots at breakfast and the far end of my room near the window."
