"The property was great. Good location, walking distance to surrounding amenities. Spacious room and very clean. I felt the elevator was quite small could only fit 2 persons with 2 medium size suitcases. Also the pool is oddly located in the building near the dining area so it’s literally dinner and a show. Outside of this it is a beautiful hotel so I will definitely return."

"I don't usually write reviews, but Luxeley Hotel truly deserves one. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. The customer service was exceptional and a special shout-out goes to Tania at the front desk. She is the definition of outstanding customer service. She was warm, professional, attentive to our needs, provided a tour of the facility and was genuinely caring. She made us feel welcomed from our very first conversation on the phone and that level of service continued throughout our stay. The room was spotless, well-organized and thoughtfully prepared. Every detail was in place which made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. You can tell that pride is taken in maintaining both the property and the overall guest experience. The breakfast buffet was also excellent with a great variety of options and quality food that exceeded expectations. What I appreciated most was the peaceful atmosphere. Luxeley is the kind of place for people who appreciate quality, value a quiet environment and respect the property and those around them. Our stay was everything I hoped it would be and more. I would not hesitate to return and would highly recommend Luxeley Hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service and a truly relaxing experience. "The location was convenient for me. Price was affordable and offered breakfast. The elevator was small but steps was the way for me. Shower door took some work to open and close. Rooms are big with 2 king beds so bring a friend. Security guard at nights. Very helpful staff. Will definitely consider Metro again for future trips. Thank you"
