"An unexpected amazing experience. Starting with the online booking, being on our way to Europa-Park (2 adults +2 kids), everything was spot on. Although we've arrived late after midnight, we have been immediately accommodated by very nice, multilingual and knowledgeable staff. The rooms are very welcoming and spotless clean. The breakfast is attended by a "Turbo" lady which was filling in the buffet and will never let you wait or ask for something. A big THANK YOU to all the staff and especially to the GM, which had trained the staff to high standards. "Likes - clean and stylish hotel, warm and friendly staff, very good breakfast, decent iron/ironing board, walkable to most attractions and is also a great base for travel further afield, good to be able to link up phone to tv. Dislikes - limited hot breakfast options, cheap-looking plastic soap dish in bathroom, no USB charge in room."

"The train station is across the street, and the city itself is a quick and easy walk. The hotel is in great condition, but still has old world charm and gives off historical vibes. Plus the staff is great!"
