The double-whammy of weekend and holiday weekend almost guaranteed I’d be paying a very high price but somehow, that nice young man went to quite a lot of extra effort to find me a reasonably priced locksmith and directed him to my car when he arrived. I wish I had gotten his name, he really went above and beyond. "
