When we got to our room it was very hot 25C and then we were told the air conditioning had been down for a few days. It won't be repaired during our 3 night stay. Then we were asked if we wanted a fan. Totally unacceptable. For 3 days we asked to speak to the manager and for 3 days we were told she was away or in meetings or no where to be found. I expect compensation without fail or I will definitely take this further. Expedia has to get involved."

Tax in the room was $160 and we were “upgraded” to a presidential suite which honestly was unnecessary as it had an awkward boardroom and living area with cold white/blue lighting. Lina at reception was not cut out for the hospitality industry. Do not expect to change her attitude. I wouldn’t even mention this if I hadn’t heard her talking to a friend on the phone with a completely different energy while we waited for forks. Lower your expectations and you’ll be fine. "
