The property is disjointed and our room was only accessible from a single elevator next to the restaurant and frequently the entire hallways stank like fish and there were workers taking carts through the narrow hallway that accessed the elevator. "What a gem! I reserved this hotel this weekend and it was only my second time in Montreal and I was not disappointed. Friendly and accommodating staff (helpful in so many ways including calling taxis for us). The staff spoke French and English which worked for my party. The continental breakfast was delicious, the decor lovely and the lounge was cozy. It is literally near everything. Restaurants on the block and more shopping and restaurants an everything else within a 3-10 minute walk....
