The hiking in the area is terrific and there is a fabulous swimming lake within walking distance of the hotel. The staff was the friendliest I've ever experienced. I will definitely be back!"

"After landing at Venice Airport, our group of four drove to this hotel and stayed the first night of the trip in Italy in late June, 2023. The reason we selected this hotel because it is very close to Lake Karersee (Lago Di Carezza), 3 minutes driving or 15 minute walking. The hotel is family operated with the son as hotel manager who speaks English and is very friendly. "Our family had a great time here. Staff were good with the kids and there's a nice mix of kids activities and adult spa and relaxation. Food was generous and healthy and value overall fine. There were a few minor annoyances - restrictive pool hours, automatic lighting and difficult to decipher aircon in room but all in all we had an excellent visit. "

"The bartenders and servers are the most amazing pleasant people at hotel. I can’t say the same to the check in front desk . I payed one night before check Out, but when I dropped the key next morning she keep saying was not pay yet, very embarrassed for us until she check to another computer and say: oh ok . I can see now . Very embarrassed for us in front to another guest . The dinner first 2 nights was great . Last 2 nights, Thursday and Friday was very disappointed for us and next tables . "
