"The most beautiful airbnb i have been to in Cuba , staff where always there to help out with anything, they even helped is cook they chopped our vegetables for our soup and served everyone when it was ready. "We arrived at the hotel and were told that we did not have a reservation as the property was being renovated. We were put in a neighbouring casa with a lovely lady but the casa was not as nice/big as our original booking. Very disappointed with the whole situation and not sure if hotel Italia took another booking and disregarded ours. "
