"Cute hotel about 18 minutes from the Saint Louis Tran station. The breakfast was simple and convenient. There was no AC for April when we went (common in Europe) and they didn’t have a portable fan to give us so our room was very stuffy. We had to open our window a bit to get air but we were facing a street so it was a little noisy. This is very common at hotels across Europe - no AC in certain months; I think they only turn it on May/June into summer. This was the first hotel that didn’t have a fan to give us so keep that in mind if you need air flow and travelling early Spring. Other than that the hotel is nice and the staff are very friendly. They walked us up to our room to show us the way and provided the extra sheet that we needed. There’s also a delicious dessert place near the hotel. "

"I would 10/10 stay at this hotel again! The included breakfast was amazing with the most polite staff! The front desk people were also very knowledgeable provided my check in promptly. The cleaning staff was incredible refilling my rooms nespresso shots and water daily! The only thing was how small the gym is, only one treadmill and dumbbells to 9kg with minimal room to exercise. So if you don’t care much about a gym then this place is incredible! Very easy access to the Basel SBB and several busses and trams."

"Great location. Lovely food. But very small rooms. Beds moved all the time and was quite noisy to sleep in. Limited amenities. Staff was exceptional and super helpful. They do try to downgrade us form what we paid for so make sure you check!"

"If you like a room where the a/c won't go below 23.5 degress then you'll love this place. No hot water on the final day of my stay was perhaps provided to help ncool me down!"
