"Sketchy checking in, no one is ever at the front they leave a list of numbers to text for help, it’s like someone living there managing the place with babies and kids everywhere. Room was already booked so they had to give us a different room with less features. They do not clean your room multiple night stays, they don’t issue more towels, I’m a big girl and we were denied. "Stayed here for 1 week. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable and water pressure was awesome. The custodians were the best always asking and making sure room was clean. Asking if anything was needed. Front desk was ok. The man at the front acted all business not overly friendly. The woman at front was sweet always pleasant. I made a mistake and thought check out was at 12 and found out it was at 11. My mistake and when I asked the man at front was not very understanding or friendly when I was trying to ask if I could have 1 more hour to pack fully. He just kept stating you have 30 min do you want to stay another night. I said no and he says ok 30 min but room can't be saved for 1 more hour. Even though the place never got full and was basically empty. I was allowed to wait in lobby until I was picked up. When I informed him i was writing a review of the hotel because my son noticed his reviews werent great he saud he dish her know and shook it off. Overall it was ok experience."

"I was very disappointed upon arriving due to the fact that I was unaware that this hotel butted up to another motel behind it that was full of very sketchy behaviors. After checking in, I hurry to my set destination due to time conflict so I didn’t have the opportunity to look over my room very well. I placed my items in the closet that was in the room when I checked in after entering the room, I opened the door once to get my items out, closed it and later on during the night, I opened it again, and the door was unable to open. I contacted the front desk. They come up and told me that there was nothing they could do that the manager would be there in the morning during the process of this. I had also found not only one but three or more roaches in the room, especially around the mini fridge in microwave area. I was told the next morning that the manager wouldn’t be there till after 11 AM ““ checkout time and I was given his information to contact about a possible refund or discount on my stay I have been contacting the manager‘s number as well as hotel and have never been able to reach him because they constantly say oh he’ll be here in the morning or in the evening but he’s never been in contact with me and they also charged my card a $50 fee in it has not been refunded. I would never stay here again. Also I had two children with me that were excited to go swimming and we didn’t get to swim because there were used condoms floating in the pool."

"It’s a new property, bedding was nice, room completely acceptable but I was stunned when the front desk clerk tried to charge me $50 for early check in. I had received an email that stated 3pm checkin, we arrived @ 3:42, checked in & then was informed I would be charged $50 for early checkin! I showed her the email & she stated it was wrong but would waive it this once…..ummm ok. Even if checkin was 4pm, it was already 3:50 by this time. Totally unacceptable. However, when the TV wouldn’t work in our room, the other front desk clerk was very helpful. The staff was also allowing cars to park under the awning until the pouring rain stopped while at least 6 cars were waiting to check in. Hotel has potential but staff needs to be properly trained."
