"If you’re looking for something basic, clean with no fuss then the Palm Beach is for you. There aren’t many sophisticated hotels in Pointe Noire anyway, over the years this has been a reliable pit stop. They have an ongoing project and building a modern 5-6 storey hotel next to the historical part where I stayed. Basic, clean and helpful staff so it does the trick!"

"Hotelli on kauniisti sisustettu ja varusteltu. Sijainti oli lähellä palveluja, mutta esim. rautatieasema ja junat eivät olleet käytössä. Aamiainen oli hyvä, mutta usein lopussa monet tuotteet ennen aikaa. Allas-alue ei viihtyisä, mutta allas puhdas. Osa henkilökuntaa puhui englantia ja oli ystävällisiä, mutta vastaava pariskunta ei hyvin ystävällinen eikä auttavainen. Etenkin nainen oli epäystävällinen eikä kohdannut asiakasta miellyttävästi, vaan vältellen ja epäilevästi, ei koskaan hymyillyt...

"L'hotel est excessivement cher pour le service rendu. Déjà en arrivant le wifi ne marchait pas. Ensuite la piscine était immonde (voir photo), et personne ne la nettoye. La chambre est vieille et n'est pas propre : insectes morts, lezard vivant dans la chambre. Pas de produits de douches. Une serviette très petite. Une semaine complète à l'hôtel mais personne ne change la serviette de la salle de bain, les draps ne sont jamais changés, le sol jamais nettoyé. Pour avoir du papier toilette il faut...

"J’étais bloquée à l’aéroport, j’ai tenté de joindre l’hôtel à plusieurs reprises (téléphone) afin de trouver un moyen de m’y rendre, je n’ai jamais eu de réponse. J’ai donc envoyé un message via la messagerie puisque personne ne m’a répondu, j’attends encore une réponse... Service client inexistant semble-t-il. "
