"The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff are very friendly and it is very pet friendly. The courtyard is a great area to sit outside and enjoy the peaceful sound of the creek that runs in back of the facility. My only issue is the roads leading to the site. They are a bit winding and narrow, but the facility is very close to the Breaks park, and only 15 minutes away from the town of Haysi."

The room was dark with not enough light. The floor had crumbs from food that was eaten in the room prior to our stay. Unless something changes, this may be our last stay."
