"We stayed for two nights at the end of our trip. The hotel was immaculate, which was really important for us as we have s baby. Our little one was fine crawling around and the staff were very accommodating and understanding. The room was very comfortable and our balcony was massive (corner balcony). The storage area was ample for two suitcases and baby stuff. The breakfast was tasty, a good amount of options. We are here now evenings and the food was good and reasonably priced. The only disappointment was the the pool wasn't heated and so we couldn't use it. But I think this is typical for Greece. We would definitely stay here again. "

"We truly enjoyed our stay. The fitness center could be larger with updated / more equipment. The coffee in the room was outstanding!! The room was beautiful. We were a bit distracted by the constant barking of dogs and sounds the turkeys and roosters were making…but it was kind of funny too! If we were to return to Sparta, we would absolutely stay at this hotel! Thank you! "

"Our stay in The Grand Hotel Kalamata was perfect. We were welcomed warmly when we arrived and shown the hotel's car park nearby. Our room was very spacious and had a separate sitting area as well as 2 bathrooms (No. 210). The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathrooms had a full range of amenities. All the rooms were spotless and decorated to a high quality. The public areas of the hotel were beautifully decorated and there were lots of seating options for meals. There was a wide range at breakfast and it was plentiful. We also ate dinner on one occasion in the hotel's restaurant. All the meals were very high quality and delicious. The staff were superb. They always greeted us with a smile and were friendly, helpful and efficient. We highly recommend The Grand Hotel Kalamata and plan to stay here again next time we are in Greece."

"Beautiful hotel overlooking the water. Rooms were clean and had a great view of the water from my balcony. Nespresso machines and kettle in the room. Short walk into town. Good variety at breakfast. Will definitely stay here again. Robes and slippers in the rooms."
