The food was excellent.
The restaurant staff were very helpful, friendly, and attentive.
The property is very nice, clean, well-maintained, and generally a pleasant place to stay.
Negative Points:
Unfortunately, the housekeeping and reception staff were not at the same level as the restaurant team.
The room was handed over without towels. I called the reception three times, but my requests were not taken seriously. Eventually, I had to go to the reception myself, and I only received the towels at around 11:00 PM.
On the second day, the room was not cleaned at all, and the housekeeping team did not show up.
Overall, the property itself is very good, and the restaurant team provides excellent service. However, the level of service from reception and housekeeping needs significant improvement, particularly in terms of responsiveness and attention to guests’ requests."
