"Lots of choice on the breakfast buffet though would have liked a bigger selection of fresh fruit. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the food in the Skybar is excellent. The room was clean and we had a great view. Our shower was huge! Also check out the Finnish sauna which was awesome. The hotel is on a hill and it’s a bit of a walk into town but we love to walk so no problem for us. It’s cheap to get a cab if walking is an issue. "

It is an elegant, well appointed hotel but it is also road traveler friendly, so casual dress is fine. The Spa experience was magnificent and we both had excellent massages. The breakfast was superb. "Loved this hotel and would stay here again. Great location tucked away just off Macedonia Square, steps from the river, waterfront restaurants, and the Stone Bridge to the old town. Also helpfully next to a mall with a Vero supermarket on the lower level. The staff were so kind and helpful. The decor is dark as you’ll see in the pics, but I found it atmospheric, ymmv. The breakfast buffet is small compared to bigger hotels but it had everything we wanted (eggs, grilled veggies, sweets, bread and jam, fruit, juices, cereal etc.) Could get lattes or espresso if you asked. The little eating/sitting area in the front window of the hotel is great people watching. There is a small fee to use the pool, we didn’t check it out. Note that it’s on a pedestrian-only street, which is nice once you’re there but a taxi will have to drop you at the big Arch (looks like Arc de Triomphe?) around the corner. It’s only a 1 min walk but can be tricky to see it the first time. "
