"All was well. Except for two things For an hotel of this class there should be USB ports to charge phones and ipads in the room. There weren’t and it wasn’t easy to recharge. The plugs weren’t firm enough to stand the plug converters and there was no surface near the bed or near a table. The staff was very helpful but some looked like students who were a bit at sea. Maybe think about more training? But except for this, all was fine"

"We stayed for 3 nights in a deluxe room in the wing by the Restaurant. Parking was arranged and a car charge with no fuss. Room was airy and gave a good view over the Estuary. Breakfast was in the main house and was an excellent spread. All the staff were very helpful. We did not use the spa as it was currently under renovation. "We had a wonderful stay, the hotel is very well kept and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast could have more variety and I don’t think you should be charged for parking however the overall experience was excellent and we would stay again."

"In the heart of Lyons-la-Forêt, a very beautiful building with La Licorne Royale Restaurant just downstairs. Staff, although, does not seem to know what is going on as they gave me a different room from what I paid and they told me that the room that I have booked would only be available in 1h time from the check in time that is 4pm!!
