"The property is incredible and so unique. We were looking for a relaxing family escape and we got that and much more! The house was beautiful and spacious, the wildlife so incredible in the natural surroundings and the property team went above and beyond in every way. It was so peaceful with lots to do on site yet there was so much to explore on our doorstep if we wanted to do more."

"We had an amazing stay at Essence Hotel! The room was beautiful, spotless, and had a modern bathroom with great products. Check-in was smooth — reception even waited for us to arrive as we were running a bit late, which was so thoughtful. Car parking was easy to access, and the hotel is in a lovely area with an easy bus ride or short drive into town.
The homemade biscuits and friendship bracelets were such a sweet personal touch, and the reception team gave fantastic recommendations for things...

"Room was lovely and spacious, very comfortable bed.
I found that the staff on the front desk ignored me a couple of times when I wanted to ask something, they were not with other customers at the time. They were talking to each other, I waited a while and then gave up. Unfortunately when we stayed there was lots of building work going on and it was very noisy and not very relaxing. I felt that there should be a discount on the price of the room because of this or maybe a complimentary...

"This is a large resort that doesn’t seem to be large… well laid out and good sense of space and privacy. We particularly like the layout of our room and location overlooking Hastings Street. Jack at the front desk was particularly friendly and helpful, enhancing our overall experience 😊"

"We had such a wonderful experience during our weekend stay! From the very beginning, the customer service stood out. Mark and Gary went above and beyond, providing helpful guidance before we even arrived and following up afterwards to ensure we were completely satisfied. That level of care made the whole experience feel effortless and welcoming.
The accommodation itself was spotless and incredibly well-organised. Every space felt thoughtfully prepared, and it was clear that cleanliness is a real priority. It made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in.
It is the perfect place for a relaxing family stay. I would absolutely return with my family and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service, comfort, and a smooth, stress-free stay."
"Room was very clean. The property is dated and needs an update but the staff are super lovely and very helpful. The pool is amazing and a great big size as well."

"Superb location and really nice well appointed rooms. Staff were very friendly. We booked a beachfront room. It also had an expansive outdoor terrace you accessed from inside the room. Well located at National Park end of Hastings St (next to Surf Club) Would stay again if pricing was right. It was very expensive for the 2 nights we stayed but I think it was because something was on in Noosa that weekend (not entirely sure)"
"This was a very pleasant and relaxing place to stay. And good value too. We were fortunate to be in an apartment a fair way back off the fairly busy road, & also not too near the onsite restaurant & reception Pavilion, meaning it was quiet where we stayed. Our place was ground floor, the deck overlooked a pool that was also more private than the 2 main pools up br reception pavilion."
"Absolutely amazing accomodation to fit anyone’s needs.
Travelling with our adult children and they were all wanting to extend our stay.
Had a great time at the pool. 20 min walk to Gympie terrace and we hired a BBQ Pontoon boat and spent half the day on the water.
Super easy check in, staff were kind and helpful at all times.
Our apartment was big enough for the 6 of us and we had direct access to the pool.
Would most definitely recommend Ivory Palm resort and would 100% be back again.
Thank you kindly for the memories our family have made during this trip. "
