The staff was very understanding when I made a mistake in the reservation. And the room was excellent -- a wide desk of the type I like to use for work, enough light, and a very comfortable bed. I've no complaints.

Nice and spacious rooms with plenty of workspace. Good breakfast buffet with an offering of regional foods.

great food, complimentary coffee and icecream, apple cider. quiet, traditional music performance, lots of frogs, clean bed, lots of mosquitoes. friendly staffs.

Walking distance to the beautiful cherry blossom Festival at Hirosaki Park. Owners were very responsive and helpful.

Easy access to many nice hiking trails around Mt Iwaki and food options. Hotel is modern with good Onsen.

Amenities are a bit minimal for women but very clean and quiet. It is located right cross the street from the station. The bed is a little hard for me. I loved the big community bath upstairs, used for several times. I would recommend you to go either early or later. I would stay again!

Great location near station. The Toyoko Inn chain of hotels are reasonably priced & include breakfast.
