We had a excelent tour guide (Franklin) at our disposal for boat and walking excursions at anytime. He had a vast knowledge of the flora and fauna, having grown up in the area. "No me gusto. Primero tuvimos un problema al realizar la reservación por Hoteles.com. Y cuando llegamos, no apareció la reservación a como se había realizado. Normalmente dice que por habitación son un monto, pero cuando llega uno, es otro monto el que se cobra. Y algo que no nos gusto para nada, es que en la habitación hay un sobre que dice, que es para la propina. Es la primera vez que en un hotel veo eso. "
