"Magical and beautiful place to spend a weekend. Super relaxing. Plenty of activities to do. Restaurant has great food. Our stay was a little expensive, but worth it. Only thing I didn't enjoy was the unpaved road to get to the Hacienda was full of holes and was very slick and dangerous. "

Between Hotels.com and the hotel owner, I was charged for last minute extra stay and last minute cancelation from the owner even after the site chat session had received a waiver directly from the owner over the phone. "We ended up staying here for a total of almost 2 weeks. We would stay here and then check out to go do treks in the jungle, but then always return to this hotel.
