"The hotel is a ild run down not well managed hotel . Miss leading on Hotel.com Rooms not clean Negalted sirrundings of the garden around the rooms The breakfast very poor The restruant manager was very good and tried helping in all . Reseption tried there best . The hostel that is called hotel should be shut down for renovation as has great potential. This review from exprienced 5 star top hotes manager ."

"We were met at the hotel entrance with kind welcome and happy staff, quick check in, front desk accommodated request for room change to lower floor, easy and close parking garage parking with helpful attendant, clean and quiet room, convenient access from hotel to shopping at Terminal 21, excellent breakfast buffet."

"This was an amazing experience from the first minute to the last, starting with a welcoming and friendly staff, entering to a great room with beautiful views, enjoying the pool, colorful gardens, happy hour, dinner options and spa treatments. I recommend everyone to check this place out, I will definitely go back there."

"The garden and grounds are MAGNIFICENT! Very kids friendly. The pool is like a lazy river. There is. also a separate kids water play pool. The landscape and site planning architects should receive an award. Unfortunately public transportation or shared rides are not there if you don't drive or have your own private transportation. "
