"The service was outstanding, everyone is super nice at the hotel. We enjoyed the boat ride to the hotel and it felt authentic. The downside is that the walls are wodden and not insulated we could clearly hear people in the next room. As the hotel is on the lake there was sounds of scratching on the walls probably from some small mouse outside the room. Overall it was a nice stay but not the comfiest."

"Amazing resort and do splash out for the villa it is so worth it. "

"I liked the friendly staff, especially since we had to do ankate check in, very accommodating. However.. we asked to switch our bungalow room, due to a foul sewer-like smell emanating from the shower area, and we were told quickly and not politely (by the owner, not the staff) that it was not possible because there are many guests that come and go. Reluctantly, we were given a different room, which was clean. "

By the time I got back from the atm which is only across the road they had a guide there ready to take me. That is great service. I was on the water enjoying my day with twenty minutes of arriving."
