"Nice bungalow with good outdoor spaces, but with a few issues - some strange lighting arrangements where you have to plug a cable in to turn on a light, and the bedrooms are tiny, with a very noisy/squeaky bunk bed in one of them Decent shower, and kitchen seems well equipped. We were not told that soap and toiletries are not provided, but the host was very communicative and helpful, and dropped some off for us anyway."

"This was the perfect start to our road trip - the hotel was convenient and the below ground parking was a major plus. The reception feels large and airy and the staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean, comfortable and modern and there are great views from the rooftop terrace bar. It's only a short walk into the town, where there are plenty of options for eating and drinking. On reflection, Aachen really was a great kick-off point for our road trip. I'll be back!"
