"Lovely hotel. Good location. Only thing that irritated me was me charged €10 extra for an extra duvet. The room was cold and we prefer to not sleep with the heating on but extra duvets cost money!!"

The hotel lobby restaurant also offers lunch and dinner and Has a full bar. Parking onsite for 10 euros per night. The hotel is walking distance from the city center with plenty of lunch as dinner options. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Leider war der Teppich im Zimmer mit großen Flecken versehen. Das war sehr ekelig. Samstags wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Die Zimmer- und Flurtüren schließen über eine Hydraulik sehr laut. Das stört den Schlaf und andere Hotelgäste. Das Frühstück war nur mit dem nötigsten versehen. Die Rezeption ist erst ab 14.30 Uhr besetzt. Das Restaurant war geschlossen."

"The hotel is nice, clean, the staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent. The only problem is the location is not too convenient if you don't have a car. You can take the bus, taxi or Uber. The grocery store is a walking distance. For the price which we paid, it was worthwhile to stay in this hotel."

"This castle hotel was wonderful. The check in process was electronic but the manager was close by for any issues. Our room was way upstairs and while the hotel had an elevator, the last floor was only accessible by a small staircase. The room was large but ceilings were low in the upper room. "The property itself is amazing, the location and the setting in the forest. The tent was clean and well-equipped, and the instructions on how to access it, etc., were left for us and were very clear. We really enjoyed our stay there. The only thing that was not clear during the booking was that the bedding and towels were not included in the price - this could be a bit more clearly explained."
