"Great hotel "

"The place was great, clean, close to airport etc. what I didn’t like was the fact that shuttle service to hotel was free but then they charge for the return even though the email they sent was confusing as first paragraph said shuttle service pick up at hotel was complimentary. I showed the clerk however he showed the next paragraph stated it was required to book and pay for return shuttle. Then he asks if we want breakfast the next day while checking in, no indication of what you would get or a cost? Why? It’s like pressure sales."

"I only stayed for 1 night but was very satisfied with the place. The airport shuttle was very handy to reach on time without the hassle and rush. "

"I was delighted by the high standard of service and cleanliness in this hotel. There was also a great atmosphere. You could tell the staff were happy, and that says a lot. My bed was comfortable, everything worked as it should and the breakfast was generous. I felt very comfortable sitting in the large lounge catching up on some work. "

"Room was great, very clean, comfy bed. Customer service was lacking unfortunately. Check-in was slow but ok. The girl at the desk mentioned a new system being the cause of the delay. There were a few people waiting but only one person behind the desk. Checkout was actually terrible. We left early, about 6am. The girl behind the desk had headphones on and didn't remove them until we were right at the desk (she did see us coming). I had to tell her the room number three times in the space of 5 minutes. It took her a while to 'log into the system'. I mentioned we needed to catch a train and that we had paid on arrival. Perhaps she could email me if anything else was needed. She said she couldn't allow us to leave until she checked the room on the system. Frankly, she needs to be taught some manners. Have never had a reply like this! Very disappointing as up until that point, the experience had been great. I'd probably consider going back but I'd be very mindful of staff and their attitude. "

"The room was nice, the staff were professional, the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and the walls were paper thin. I could hear everything that was happening in the rooms beside me and above me so it didn’t make for the best nights sleep. Close to the airport though and convenient for why I was there. "

"One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Due to the global situation and the closure of several airports, my family was unable to reach Amsterdam, yet the hotel still refused to reschedule my stay. Completely unbelievable and extremely disappointing"
