"We stayed as a family of four. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was ideal. Our room looked onto a building site however the windows were sound proof. We didn't cook in the apartment but the kitchen was well equipped."

"The listing failed to state that an expensive cleaning fee would apply and we were advised of this by the hotel after the cancellation period had ended. This was challenged but the hotel continued to insist that it needed to be paid and that it was advised (despite it not being in the listing or the confirmation email).
