We tried to call the smartflats people after receiving the number from hotels.com (the one on the website is disconnected) directly and were put on hold (while we were chatting with hotels.com) and after 15 minutes of being on hold, we hung up. "We were only aim Antwerp for one night so we were looking for a convenient location, and this hit the mark. Practically steps away from the train station. The room itself was incredibly nice. Staff was friendly. Very nice bar/lounge area. Made for a great place to have a cocktail after, a long afternoon out sightseeing or a nightcap. For a one night stay, it was absolutely perfect. During an eight night trip throughout the Netherlands and Belgium, the room here was the nicest that we encountered. Very large room with a lot of nice amenities. "
