"This is a new hotel. Chic and lovely rooms. (If you don't want to see someone naked as they get out of the shower close your eyes as it is not in a separate area and can be seen from the bedroom/living area.) Néanmoins, le bain tourbillon du spa est petit et n’est pas assez chaud. De plus, les saunas ne fonctionnaient pas bien. Un merci tout spécial au maître d’hôtel du restaurant italien et au serveur Saber. Ils ont été très chaleureux et aux petits soins avec nous !"

"The location of this hotel is exceptional. The staff are as helpful as possible. But Rami (at the reception) is exceptionally good. The only negative thing about this hotel is there is no air-conditioning in early May. I was told this is the case with all hotels and that they are following government directives on the use of electricity. I would've given 5 stars if it wasn't for this issue. Marriott is not far away from this hotel. I wonder if the air-conditioning issue also applies to them!"

"The beach is nice and the location is good yet the staff are not the nicest, apparantly most people coming here come through travel agences and come on an all inclusive package, booking through Expedia I 9nlu had the option to book a room with breakfast which is what I wanted"
