"Nice and quiet"

"I booked an "executive room" here through Expedia. The check-in was very disorganized with my check-in interrupted a few times by staff taking incoming phone calls. When I was eventually checked in I was given a room. When I went to the room, I realized it was not the upgraded room I booked. I went back to the office and requested my upgraded room and was sent to another room. It was pretty much identical to the standard room with the addition of a small Formica table and a plastic chair. I had to leave a day early and could not get a refund for my second night. I was given a credit for a future stay. The refund problem seems to be an Expedia issue. In the future, I would book directly through the hotel."

"When we got our room, first thing that we saw it was water on the floor, checked the bathroom and trash can was full, sink was water all over, they gave us a dirty room ☹️ I Went downstairs to get another room. I don’t know if I will stay there again . They need to pay attention of what are the employees are doing"

"As they say it is what it is. It's just an old hotel. The staff will make up for it because they are very friendly and helpful. It's also located a very noisy area. There's not much they can do about it. Again, it is what it is."
