"Amazing breakfast!!!"

"The ‘family’ room has no air conditioning. The upstairs rooms apparently do. We visited during some of the hottest days of the period and were provided one small fan. No inquiry by staff/owners about whether room was tolerable given known high temperatures. The folks that run the place were on property only in morning during our stay, no one on property in evening/night during that period (you call and leave a phone message if you have an issue). Property grounds very run down, surrounding town...

Der Gastgeber war ausgesprochen freundlich, zuverlässig und unkompliziert in der Kommunikation. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen."

"Hébergement sale à notre arrivée (toiles d’araignée, araignées, lavabo bouché sol dégoûtant, linge de lit qui sent mauvais ainsi que le linge de toilette, matelas plus que sale !! ) les extérieurs sont mal entretenu tout comme la « plage » du lac qui pourrait être beaucoup plus agréable. Quand aux salles de restauration c’est honteux tables collantes pas lavées après chaque passage, des restes de la veille par terre … malgré avoir prévenu l’accueil à part sourire et dire d’accord pas de soucis...

"We went with my son age 9 and he loved the pools. It was very handy for the beautiful beach and Atlantic Sea. It was also very convenient for the Carrefour Contact supermarket and all the bars, shops and restaurants in town. We had a studio for x4 people ( we were a group of 3) and it was perfectly adequate. "People at the reception were rude. Everything is closed from noon to 3pm. So all indoor activities are closed even if the weather is bad. Children are not allowed to the indoor pool except very early in the morning or one hour before closing. We came to have swimming activities with our child when the weather is bad.... Fail. Also the mini golf was not "open" anymore. The only thing they would have to do is clean it. The playground and the gym were also very run down. "
