"We stayed 3 nights. Hotel was very nice. Overlooked the town, with a Mount Rushmore view in the distance. Staff was very welcoming, and friendly. Pool and Hot Tub were welcoming as well. Plenty of eateries, shops and things to do in Keystone. Beautiful scenery. Will stay again if ever vacationing there in the future."

"The ladies that checked us in made up for the total jerk working Sat 9/27 that called me and was really disrespectful and rude! We almost canceled because of him. Rooms were nice and clean, great water pressure in shower. Wonderful breakfast"

"My husband and I had checked into another hotel, ended up walking into our room and immediately walked out due to the disgusting nature of the room and needed to find a new place to stay quickly. ClubHouse only had 2 rooms left on a busy Buffalo Roundup weekend and we were lucky enough to snag a room. We were frazzled due to our last experience, but upon walking into the front door of this beautiful hotel and being greeted by the most friendly person at check-in, we were immediately put at ease. We entered our room and it was breath of fresh air. Beautifully appointed and extremely clean. While the hotel was appealing, it was the staff that made this hotel exceptional. From the front desk, to housekeeping, to the food service staff, they were all pleasant, kind and helpful. They turned a bad experience into something amazing."
