My biggest complaint is that they did not clear the snow and ice on the stone stairs and pathways to get to and from the hotel, so it felt quite dangerous to leave the hotel (to get dinners, for example). Double bed (two twins put together) was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. Barely slept. Breakfast is average with majority food being extremely oily. Reception staff was friendly.
