"Staff was great at recommending a nearby breakfast spot since I had not ordered b’fast the day before. They also explained the local version of Uber, where you can pay with card or in cash, and you avoid haggling (and much higher prices) with the local taxis (who do not use their meters). My two small problems in the room (a kettle that didn’t work and a sink that would not drain) were dealt with instantly. Though taxis know the hotel, when on foot Google will take you to Beer Garden by Hotel Philosophy (which is very close). Hotel is very quiet even though it is near the lively downtown center of Amman."

"Very friendly and polite staff. Staff are everywhere to help with guests. Big restaurant for breakfast with many choices. Hotel is little dated but it can be compensated with spacious public areas and friendly staff. Big outdoor swimming pool and warm indoor swimming pool that are quiet most of the time."
