Every team member we encountered was warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Their genuine hospitality and thoughtful service truly set this hotel apart. The views, food, and facilities were all excellent—but it’s the people that make Kempinski unforgettable. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!"
