"It’s bizarre this place is rated so highly. Our room had not been cleaned, sink and shower had hair in the them, the floors hadn’t been swept. There was no toilet paper in the room and the toilet paper holder was broken. They did not offer a discount or anything. Just offered to come clean, but we were gone all day and our dogs were there so that wasn’t a practical solution, definitely not staying here again. "
