"Stay at the property was a great experience for me and my family. The Palace was truly royal and very close to the Hong Kong ferry terminal which was very helpful. Also good connectivity with rest of the city through public transport."

"Location is great and convenient to get to other hotels such as Parisian, Venetian, Galaxy, etc. Walking distance to Rua Do Cunha to visit different cafe and snacks. Hotel lobby is very nice. Staffs are polite. The free shuttle bus at HZMB is also convenient. The room is spacious. Good value for money."

"Excellent Staff. I forgot a bag and called and they had it for me. Breakfast was superb. The downside was it seemed a little out dated compared to other hotels in Macao. Location is in the old part of Macau. (Not so great for me) however, there are shuttle buses to go to other hotels. Ac NOT great. Other than that, rooms are comfortable and I like beds and sheets."

"The Grand Coloane is a great place to get away for a different e-work environment or family vacation. I highly recommend staying ocean side. Sitting on the balcony at night or early morning is quite relaxing. The staff are very helpful and kind. "

"Absolutely beautiful property with luxury finishes and mega size washroom, loved the suite, outdoor pool was gorgeous too, amazing that this has indoor connection to the new waterpark (though it needs separate tickets)"
