"We were the only people in this chateau which was nice but kind of weird. They just reopened we were told. I liked my room; the mattress was very comfortable and the fabric on the walls was very elegant. It was a little tight with the queen bed but it was fine. The bathroom was fine apart from the 1/2 circle shower which I continuously banged into while showering. Other than that it was fine. The staff was very nice and helpful. Nothing around this place; in the middle of nowhere. "

"Superb period property retaining a lot of original features, exceptionally clean and well maintained. Freindly staff, on site restaurant serving incredible food. Parking off site but secure, 5 minutes walk to the centre of the town where there are numerous places to dine. An excellent location and place to stay."

"Enthusiastic and helpful couple running a pleasant b&b. They had beer, they had pizza and sandwiches which was all that was on offer in a village in which both bars had closed down. Fine for an overnight stop though."

10/10 Excellent

"This was a lovely hotel. We were just in the area 1 night to see some Chateaux’s, so it was convenient to start our next day on our way to Chononceau. Draw back it it’s a business park area and really no where to eat especially on a Sunday. We made do with McDonalds🙂"
