"Convenient hotel for air travel to/from Spokane Airport. Literally walk across the street from baggage claim. Very friendly and efficient staff. Front desk staff was very eager to please. Reservation was ready and check-in took all of five minutes. Most if that time was clerk changing my room to a more quiet area due to my late arrival. This was not even asked for. Mac just did it out of professional courtesy. Room was clean and comfortable and appeared to be recently updated."

"I love the convenience that it's so close to the airport. They have a good shuttle system. You can leave your car in their parking lot while you're on your trip.So you know, it's safe, and they're watching over it"
