"A really lovely rural hotel in the mountains. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, good parking by the room once you navigate the steep well signposted road up from the village. Beds were really comfortable with lovely clean being and so quiet, slept really well. Air conditioning and heating in the room was new and worked really well, very cosy. Nice short walk to the little gorge immediately up the road/track from the hotel. Dinner on the onsite tavern by the fire was lovely as...

"We stayed 2 weeks in the Cottage Houses an loved it. It is a small, quiet property with 8 flats. The equipment in the flat was very good. It was very clean. We loved the Pool and our balcony with a wonderful view. 2 Minutes from the Cottage Houses, there is a litte Supermarket. To the beach you have to go by car (some minutes). Eleni and Pedros were wonderful hosts. Eleni had so many tips where to go on Cyprus. Thank you very much for everything! Petra and Daniel from Germany"

"We had a great stay at Komi Lofou Traditional House, except it was very cold at the start of our stay. The house is beautiful, well equip and comfortable.
The downside of the beautiful high ceilings in winter is that it took a long time to heat the rooms. I would recommend taking your own fire wood in the winter months as on the second night we were much warmer with a fire. The "boost" to activate the hot water worked great. Communication with the host was exceptional. "

"This is definite faded grandeur. The ground floor looks and feels beautiful but the rest of the hotel is tatty - not helped by a lack of cleaning In some of the common parts. Staff were slightly taciturn, but we went out of season and they might have been busy doing other things. The location though is fantastic and, crucially, there is a good breakfast! This hotel could be so much better with some love. As it is, it is over priced."
