"Under min senaste vistelse på hotellet upplevde jag en rad problem som verkligen påverkade min upplevelse negativt. Lekrummet var under renovering, vilket gjorde det omöjligt för barnen att använda det. Utomhusrestaurangen var stängd, och duscharna vid poolen var borttagna. Dessutom var 9 av 10 parasoll trasiga, vilket ledde till att det blev svårt att hitta skugga vid poolområdet. Soptunnorna var också överfulla, vilket gav ett dåligt intryck av renhållningen. "Newly refurbished and clean rooms, friendly staff. Rooms on the west side of the hotel become very hot in the afternoon and there is no Air Condition to cool them down. There are also a lot of mosquitoes around, so if you open the balcony doors, they enter the room."
